We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please read the information below carefully.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Before arranging a return, please contact us by email stating the reason for your decision.

It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return, including any necessary insurance. A 25% handling and restocking charge will apply.

All items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Once the goods are received and inspected, any refund due will be processed within 45 days using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Please note that special order, bespoke, or custom-made items cannot be cancelled or refunded once your order has been confirmed.

Faulty Goods

In the rare event that your goods arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us by email within three working days of delivery, including photographic evidence of the issue.

While every effort is made to ensure products arrive in perfect condition, mistakes can occasionally occur. Please check your items carefully before installation or use.

If an item has a manufacturing fault requiring replacement or refund, our liability is limited to the value of the faulty goods. We are not responsible for fitting, installation, or other consequential costs.

Goods must be returned in their original condition for inspection. Once received and verified, any refund due will be issued within 30 days.

Product Guarantee

All products supplied by Patio Store are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery, provided the conditions of sale have been met.

This guarantee covers manufacturing faults only. It does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear.

If a fault develops within 12 months, we will repair or replace the product free of charge once proof of purchase has been confirmed. Patio Store is not liable for any incidental or associated costs arising from a defect, including fitting or removal.
