Returns
You have the right to return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Faulty Goods
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty,
damaged, or incorrect. - We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
